Public Hearing Procedure –

* Stand and provide your name and address in a clear manner
* Limit your comments to 5 minutes
* Verbal/written comments will be accepted and carry the same weight
- Shawn Collins: Expressed Estimated Market Value will potentially go up over 8x the current value and 719%. Residents simply cannot afford these costs right now and feels the drainage is not going to fix anything. *See attached written comment submitted.*
- Terry Soltvedt: Asked if the alternates are required or optional. He asked where the drainage goes from the County Road 14. On behalf of Heritage School, they assume nearly 10% of total project cost and cannot support these numbers financially.
- Scott Syverson: Feels this project does not benefit his property at all.
- Julie Wollin: Agrees that the roads need to be repaved but doesn’t agree with the drainage plan and ditching.
- Sander Dagen: Asked how the 1” leveling layer works. Dustin Fanfulik explained problem areas and total road height will increase by about 1.5” after the 1” leveling. Sander recommends crowning the road at a minimum for water run-off.
4. Adjournment at 6:42pm.
